8BitDo launches $40 Nintendo 64-inspired wireless controller with 2.4 GHz connection — dedicated wireless receiver even works with the original N64

8BitDo has released a new $40 Nintendo 64-inspired wireless controller with 2.4 GHz support, including a dedicated receiver that works with the original N64 console. The controller features colored buttons matching the original N64 controller and a hall-effect joystick to prevent drifting. Additionally, a standalone Bluetooth retro receiver has been launched for wireless gaming on N64 and Windows. The controller is available in Classic Grey and the devices will start shipping on March 23rd.
