LEDs Enter the Nanoscale
Polar Light has developed nanoLEDs made of hexagonal pyramids from the bottom up, entering the nanoscale in LED technology. While these tiny LEDs offer promising advancements, efficiency challenges remain a hurdle to overcome. The nanoLEDs utilize III-V semiconductors and perovskite materials, showcasing the integration of nanotechnology in consumer electronics.
