Radio Frequency Integrated Circuits (RFICs) Generated by AI Based Design Automation
RFICs are crucial in modern electronics due to wireless tech growth. Designing RFICs is complex, relying heavily on experienced designers for manual optimizations. An AI-enabled automated design flow for RFICs has been introduced to streamline the design process, integrating precise modeling and optimization algorithms. The proposed flow consists of three stages: circuit topology selection, parameter optimization, and layout synthesis, all tightly integrated. The effectiveness of this automated design flow was demonstrated through the synthesis of two LNAs in 40-nm CMOS technology, showcasing efficient circuit and layout synthesis within minutes.
