Thermal Grizzly is now offering delidded Ryzen 7 9850X3D processors, which are nearly double the cost of regular models but come with their own warranty. These CPUs have their Integrated Heatspreaders (IHS) removed by Thermal Grizzly technicians, ensuring correct operation and performance. The company offers a 24-month warranty, covering most chip failures not caused by user damage. While the delidded chips are optimized for Thermal Grizzly's Direct-Die cooling solutions, they are not compatible with all frames, and using the original heatspreader will void the warranty.
