Windows 11 now boasts the Snapdragon X2 Elite Extreme chip, rivaling Apple's M4 lineup but still trailing behind the M5 in single-core performance. The most potent Windows 11 on Arm chip, the Snapdragon X2 Elite Extreme X2E-96-100, achieved impressive Geekbench scores of 4,072 in single-core and 23,611 in multi-core. The Snapdragon X2 series includes various SKUs with different core counts and clock speeds, showcasing strong performance against Apple's M3 and M4 variants. While the Snapdragon X2 Elite Extreme is a powerful Arm processor, Microsoft may need to enhance Windows 11 further to compete effectively with Apple.
