Nvidia has introduced DLSS 4.5 Dynamic Multi Frame Generation (MFG) with 5x and 6x frame-gen modes in beta for RTX 50-series users, offering more control over generated frame rates and catering to high-refresh-rate displays. The update includes a new "enhanced frame generation model" and a "Preset B" model for improved image quality and UI rendering. A dynamic frame generation mode adjusts the DLSS multiplier to match monitor refresh rates, aiming to maximize performance on 240Hz and 360Hz gaming monitors. DLSS 4.5 is expected to be the final version before Nvidia shifts focus to DLSS 5 development.
