Microsoft says MS 365 Copilot is now a daily habit, Copilot for consumers daily users up 3X after telling everybody to use it

Microsoft reports significant growth in the usage of MS 365 Copilot, with active users increasing by 10X and average conversations per user doubling year-over-year. The Copilot app for consumers also saw a notable uptick, with daily users nearly tripling. Microsoft attributes this growth to features like the Researcher Agent and highlights the increasing adoption of Copilot among commercial customers. While Copilot's success is evident, its web version struggles with a market share of around 1%, compared to dominant players like ChatGPT and Gemini in the chatbot market.
