Microsoft are removing mechanisms for creating a local account in Windows Setup

Microsoft is eliminating the option to create a local account during Windows Setup, pushing users towards using a Microsoft account instead. This change is being made in the latest Insider Preview build of Windows 11. Users will now need to connect to the internet during setup to create a Microsoft account or use an existing one.
