Despite Windows 11's efforts to modernize the menu, it still falls short in organization and clutter. Microsoft aims to address these issues by making common commands more accessible and grouping related actions together. Additionally, Windows 11 is introducing more customization options beyond just the context menu, such as the ability to resize the Start menu and toggle off certain sections.
