LG says it’s launching the world’s lightest 17-inch RTX laptop — also announces 16-inch ultra-portable laptop with 'dual-AI' functionality

LG has unveiled the world's lightest 17-inch laptop, the LG gram Pro 17 17Z90UR, featuring an Nvidia GeForce RTX 5050 GPU and a 2560 x 1600 display. This model is designed for productivity and immersive viewing, with 8GB of GDDR7 memory for graphics-intensive tasks. Additionally, LG is introducing a 16-inch ultra-portable laptop with a 2880 x 1800 OLED screen and "dual-AI" functionality, combining Microsoft's Copilot+ PC and LG's EXAONE 3.5 sLLM AI chat. These laptops are powered by the latest Intel Core Ultra processors and are expected to be detailed further at CES 2026.
