How to know if your Asus router is one of thousands hacked by China-state hackers

Thousands of Asus routers have been compromised by a suspected China-state group, with seven specific models targeted due to lack of manufacturer support and security patches. The compromised routers are believed to be used for espionage purposes, similar to ORB networks, with concentrations in Taiwan and smaller clusters in other countries.
