Asus and Microsoft have made the ROG Xbox Ally and Ally X handheld consoles available for pre-order globally, with U.S. pricing starting at $599 and $999 respectively. The Ally X features AMD's Ryzen AI Z2 Extreme processor and an Xbox-based UI optimized for handhelds, while the standard Ally has more modest hardware including the Ryzen Z2 A processor, 16GB of memory, and a 512GB SSD. Pre-orders are open on various platforms like Asus' and Microsoft's online stores, as well as third-party retailers such as Amazon, Best Buy, Ant Online, and Walmart.
