The telemetry embedded in the chip provides insights into chip health beyond traditional debugging methods like JTAG and Arm's ETM. proteanTecs' on-chip sensors, known as Agents, offer detailed information on chip health, which can be analyzed using AI models to detect potential issues. This approach enables the detection of problems like timing failures due to external conditions.
