3D Printed Heat Exchanger Specialist Conflux Joins Honeywell-Led Aircraft Consortium

Conflux Technology, known for its metal additive manufacturing (AM) for heat exchangers, has joined a consortium led by Honeywell to develop advanced thermal management systems for hybrid-electric regional aircraft. The consortium aims to achieve Technology Readiness Level 5 by 2026 and enable initial flight tests by 2027, with a goal of achieving "climate-neutral aviation" by 2035.
