218-pound PC built inside a cast-iron Victorian radiator — cooling an RTX 5090 'probably out of the question'

Billet Labs has completed a unique PC build inside a 218-pound cast-iron Victorian radiator, aiming for a long-term gaming setup. The build features an RTX 5080 and Ryzen 7 9800X3D due to cooling limitations, with a focus on preserving the radiator's visual appeal while discreetly mounting PC components. The design involved 3D scanning and a custom 3D printed mounting system, along with space for slim fans for cooling. Components include an Alphacool water block for the GPU, a Gigabyte Aorus Pro B850i motherboard, and an Enhance ENP 7660L-VT 600W PSU. The build also incorporates an antique brass gear lever as the power button and demonstrated stable water temperatures during testing.
